Job Summary

Sanctuary Group, a leading provider of housing, care, and commercial services, is seeking an experienced Technology Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Technology department, you will be responsible for leading the management, development, and maintenance of Technology Quality Assurance services across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the management, development, and ongoing maintenance of Technology Quality Assurance services to ensure they are efficient, fit-for-purpose, robust, and integrated.
  • Deliver new and integrate existing Testing services to meet the future needs of the organization, ensuring effective appraisal of new technologies and their suitability in meeting organizational needs, including scalability.
  • Manage the delivery of Testing services through effective budget management, including managing external suppliers to ensure they are cost-effective and value for money, with efficiencies achieved where possible.
  • Make recommendations for and deliver improvements to Technology services, assessing the suitability of new procedures and technologies to ensure effective delivery of departmental and organizational objectives.
  • Build, develop, and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure delivery of technology services and developments, in line with organizational objectives.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding and experience of implementing and embedding a Testing framework in line with best practices.
  • Strong background in leading a team and quality assuring activity, as well as hands-on test management.
  • Proven experience of delivering waterfall and agile projects and programs across multiple diverse businesses.
  • Occasional travel may be a requirement of the role, therefore a full valid driving license is essential.
