About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead the development and maintenance of our Technology QA services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our Technology services are efficient, fit-for-purpose, and integrated.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the management, development, and ongoing maintenance of Technology QA services across the Group.
- Deliver new and integrate existing Testing services to meet the future needs of the Group.
- Manage the delivery of Testing services through effective budget management and external supplier management.
- Make recommendations for and deliver improvements to Technology services.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Deep understanding and experience of implementing and embedding a Testing framework.
- Strong background in leading a team and quality assuring activity.
- Proven experience of delivering waterfall and agile projects and programmes.
- Occasional travel may be required.
