Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Open GI Ltd. This is a key role that will play a critical part in ensuring the quality of our software delivery lifecycle.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and delivering measurable quality improvements across our technology programmes and projects. They will work closely with our Head of QA, Quality Architect, and members of the QA Chapter to ensure that quality issues are identified early and appropriate best practices are agreed and put in place.

This role requires a strong understanding of quality assurance best practices and the ability to work collaboratively with development teams to ensure that quality issues are addressed. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering quality improvements and a strong understanding of software testing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify quality improvement areas within allocated workstreams and develop plans to address them.
  • Work with development teams to ensure that quality issues are addressed and best practices are implemented.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the QA Chapter to ensure that quality issues are identified and addressed.
  • Develop and deliver training programmes to improve the skills and knowledge of QA engineers.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior QA management role.
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance best practices and software testing methodologies.
  • Proven track record of delivering quality improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with development teams.
