We are seeking a talented and proactive Commercial Support Coordinator to join our team and play a crucial role in supporting our bid and sales teams. In this role you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support throughout the bid process, ensuring the timely submission of high-quality proposals and bids.

Coordinate internal meetings and reviews to ensure alignment and quality control of bid submissions.
Support the sales team by providing administrative assistance, including managing documentation, scheduling meetings, and maintaining client databases.
Previous experience working in a bid team, preferably within a technology consultancy.
Strong understanding of the bid process and experience with bid writing or editing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and bid management software/tools.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
