Property Consultant / Office Coordinator (Sales & Lettings) - Bow
Job Location: Bow, London

Our client is looking to recruit a Property Consultant / Office Coordinator for sales and lettings in their Bow office.

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team to help us

Overall Purpose: The first point of contact for the office, coordinate all enquiries and offers and report to Sales and Lettings Managers

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

- Assist in generating new business
- Registering and managing applicants
- Carry out viewings
- Take offers from buyers and tenancy applicants
- Support Sales and Lettings Managers
- Sales & lettings progression
- Managing advertisements through the property CRM
- Administration

Person Specification:

- Excellent communications skills
- Smart and business-like
- Knowledgeable about the area and industry
- Punctual
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Professional and Positive attitude
- Self-motivated
- Good computer skills
- Reliable and trustworthy

Experience Required: Some industry experience preferred

Package: Salary Upon Application - Basic salary plus Commission

**Job Type**: Permanent

- Monday to Friday

- London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
