At Salvation Army Homes, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive, good quality housing services, support and resettlement.
As a Project Worker, you will be working our residents who are engaged with the criminal justice system support them to avoid remand and move on to independent living in partnership with the Youth Justice team. Provide individual service users with the best possible comprehensive supported housing service
Enable residents to achieve their goals and aspirations and the opportunity to identify and develop their talents through a range of activities and engagements
Develop and promote this exciting pilot project

Motivate young people to recognise and unlock their talents to enable them to achieve their full potential
Engage and relate to young people aged 16-18 years
Take an asset-based approach to empowering people to develop their skills, strengths and talents
Support clients to sustain their accommodation and manage their license agreement
Have good knowledge or experience of working with homeless people, and / or supporting vulnerable people or groups
