**What will you be doing as a Project Support Worker?**

Care assistants/Project Support Workers support and encourage people who have a disability to participate in meaningful activities, new experiences and opportunities which will meet their individual needs in the most appropriate ways. You will be creative, energetic and willing to share your creativity with the group.

You will also be flexible and have the ability to work across the range of project and support areas provided to our clients. You will need to travel directly to and from our projects across Rochdale and Middleton to provide support to our clients.

Project support Workers work independently supporting small groups of clients and in larger groups with other members of staff. Supporting and developing clients that may require help with personal care, and may present challenging behaviour. Helping clients to achieve their goals. Completing accurate paperwork, meeting deadlines and delivering excellent customer service and liaising with colleagues, parents and carers to ensure clients’ needs are met.

**What will you need to be a successful Care Assistant / Project Support Worker?**

No formal qualifications or experience are necessary, full and ongoing training is provided.

All you need is a passion for helping people and a desire to really make a difference to people’s lives.

You will need a Driving Licence, access to a car and be willing to get business use insurance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
