Project Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Worker to join our team at The Manchester College. As a Project Worker, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of curriculum and pastoral care of learners in under 16 education provision.
About the Role:- Support learners, address their emotional and behavioural barriers to learning, in partnership with Manchester Secondary Pupil Referral Unit.
- Work with school-age learners within alternative education settings.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with learners, staff, and external partners.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of curriculum and pastoral care plans.
- Relevant Youth and Community Work qualification or equivalent.
- Relevant appropriate experience working in a youth-related environment.
- Significant experience of working with school-age learners within alternative education settings.
- Maths and English at Level 2 or equivalent would be desirable.
- 35 days paid annual leave plus 5 bank holidays (pro-rated for weeks worked per year).
