Sales Director
Railsr is a leading embedded finance experience platform that enables any business to prototype, build and scale financial products. Our vision is to make finance an amazing experience for consumers and companies globally, working alongside brands and fintechs to power innovation. It's an exciting time and the potential for any brand to use Railsr to power and deliver their customers' financial experiences is enormous.
This role will generate revenue by selling Embedded Financial Experiences to brands, financial services providers and fintech scale ups in the UK and Europe. You will have the opportunity to partner your strategic sales ability with our formidable experience in offering Banking as a Service and Cards as a Service products at scale. This role provides enormous potential for career and financial progression.

This is first and foremost a hunter role, although you may receive some qualified prospects and you will be responsible for the overall business development, client engagement, and sales lifecycle of those.
Deeply understand the prospect's business, regulatory construct, flow of funds and challenges to ensure that Railsr is the correct solution for the prospect
Manage time effectively by qualifying and re-qualifying prospects throughout the sales cycle
Maintain and update an accurate log of activity in the CRM system
Use phone and email to correspond with prospects
It's important for our Sales Executives to be a good person to peers and prospects
