Legal Conveyancing Case Handler
Our client, based in Northampton are seeking a motivated and experienced Legal Conveyancing Case Handler to join their team. As a Case Handler, you will play a crucial role in managing the conveyancing process for a variety of property transactions.

Conducting thorough reviews of legal documents and contracts related to property transactions.
Managing all aspects of the conveyancing process, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
Drafting legal documents and agreements, including contracts for sale, leases, and transfer deeds.
Conducting property searches and investigations to identify any potential legal issues or concerns.
Providing expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
Demonstrated experience in handling conveyancing cases within the UK legal system.
Strong understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures in the United Kingdom.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in document preparation and review.
Proficient in using relevant legal software and technology for case management.Opportunity for career growth and development within a reputable legal firm.

Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm - 1 hour lunch
