Kettering Northamptonshire, United Kingdom NAHL Group PLC Full time

At National Accident Law, our purpose is to help those who have had a personal injury get their lives back on track.

We work differently to handle compensation claims in a modern, imaginative, and refreshingly personal way and we have curious minds that shape and drive innovation in accident injury law.

National Accident Law is a great place to work, but don't just take our word for it, come and find out for yourself.

THE PURPOSE OF OUR PERSONAL INJURY CLAIMS HANDLER - GRADUATE

Our PI Claims Handlers are responsible for delivering an end-to-end supportive and empathetic customer service journey for those who have experienced a challenging life event. You will be the first point of expertise for some of our customers, assuring them that they are in the right caring hands to look after their claim. You will support those customers as well as customers transferred through from National Accident Helpline through their claim journey to ensure a seamless experience from their first call to submission of their claim on the MOJ Portal.

This is a great entry-level opportunity for law degree graduates. You will learn about personal injury law, have the opportunity to develop your law career into fee earning, and the potential to take the SQE route training contract.

You can have the choice to either work remote or in the office. Employee engagement is important to us, so if working from home you will be asked to attend the office once a quarter for our fantastic communication events.
