Salary: £85 per day Job Type: Long Term Contract length: 12 months We work extensively with this particular school and are currently assisting in the recruitment of a dynamic Teaching Assistant Autism who can join their team of exited and committed staff. Responsibilities The Teaching Assistant Autism appointed to this position will need to establish and maintain the standards of pupil behaviour required to create an orderly and productive environment. This school needs a Teaching Assistant Autism who is excited to motivate and engage students, and who thrives on the challenge of working in a demanding, yet rewarding environment. The expectations for this role is a Teaching Assistant Autism who is confident in the key competencies of their subject area, and has a broad knowledge base and understanding of the curriculum requirements to guide student learning. The Teaching Assistant Autism hired for this role must maintain high quality of teaching to ensure pupils are given the best chance to achieve targets. Qualifications/Experience You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent to be eligible for this role. To be considered for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
