Receptionist - Facility Coordinator
International financial organisation - Mayfair
£For our client, a prestigious international financial organisation based in Mayfair, we are looking for a receptionist with facility management experience. Reception
Handling meeting room schedule, inform building security about guest visiting and picking them from building reception when they arrive
Handling telephone calls, in an efficient and helpful manner, taking messages and passing to them on
Facility Management
Dealing with contractors (cleaning, maintenance, building security, fruit provider, lunch providers, plant provider, business card provider…)
Ensure stationery and kitchen supplies are available.
General office duties to ensure the smooth-running
Management of maintenance contracts
Management of on-site housekeeper and cleaning staff
Management of meeting room booking system
Visitor booking using building management system
Involved with company events
5 days/week in office - 8.
