You’ll be helping UK and European retailers with hundreds of physical stores to increase their revenue and operational efficiency, joining our list of established clients including; O2 Retail, Adidas, Sports Direct, Flannels, Gymshark and many more. We're looking for someone with a background in enterprise sales, selling SaaS licences worth £100K to £1M+ per year, working at growing startups and with strong lead generation skills. You’ll initially be landing new accounts through a mixture of cold calling, email, LinkedIn, trade shows and working with our team of SDRs and Account Executives. You’ll then work closely with our Technical Account Managers and Customer Success Managers to develop your accounts and expand your ACV. We’ll work together to find the most effective approach to help new retailers to start using our best-in-class service. This is an ideal role for someone who is passionate to progress their sales career in retail, AI and data analytics and is excited to advance towards a Head of Sales role. Aura Vision is an early-stage scale-up with large customers. Founded in 2017, we ethically monitor how customers use physical retail stores across the world using our unique AI and in-store CCTV cameras. Billions of data points are processed and distilled down to useful information to help our retail clients increase traffic, sales conversion and staffing efficiency, while preserving anonymity of both staff and customers. We’re also proud to be backed by Y Combinator (US), Wayra (UK), and to be partnered with Virgin Media O2’s UK business team. Must haves:

  • Strong experience selling enterprise contracts worth £100K to £1M+ per year
  • Strong experience in lead generation, especially cold calling
  • Experience working at growing startups
  • Experience developing new processes to speed up the sales cycle
  • A genuine interest to learn and apply feedback
  • Ability to independently recognise issues and fix them
  • Comfortable working with a range of web based tools
  • Ability to travel to our London office once per week
  • UK tax resident

  • Experience selling SaaS solutions
  • Experience growing startups from post-seed to Series A and beyond
  • Knowledge of retail and working with retailers
