Office and Facilities Administrator
Harwell - office based Car drivers required due to travelling between two local offices £25,000 to £30,000, depending on experience This growing SME is looking for an Office and Facilities Administrator to join their interesting company. The ideal candidate will have strong administration skills, be a team player, willing to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in. Duties * Assist the facilities manager, preparing for external subcontractors to do work and process associated paperwork * Manage reception and visitors * Answer the main phone line * Create access passes * Purchase office and kitchen consumables * Arrange travel and event bookings * Manage post and shipment paperwork * On-boarding of new starters and arrange employee training * Raise purchase orders * HSE administration The ideal candidate will have: * Previous reception and or administration experience * Good IT skills including Excel * Excellent written/ verbal English * Good attention to detail * Ability to learn new skills and systems quickly * Multi tasking, prioritisation and organisational skills * Effective relationship building skills * A team player mentality as well as using their initiative when working alone Global CTS Limited In submitting your CV to Global CTS Ltd via email, social media, our website (general submission or vacancy application) or to a Global CTS vacancy via a jobs board you imply consent for Global CTS to process your personal data for the purposes of considering your suitability for vacancies and provision of work-finding services.
