Office and Facilities Administrator

Harwell - office based

Car drivers required due to travelling between two local offices

£25,000 to £30,000, depending on experience

This growing SME is looking for an Office and Facilities Administrator to join their interesting company. The ideal candidate will have strong administration skills, be a team player, willing to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in.

Duties

* Assist the facilities manager, preparing for external subcontractors to do work and process associated paperwork

* Manage reception and visitors

* Answer the main phone line

* Create access passes

* Purchase office and kitchen consumables

* Arrange travel and event bookings

* Manage post and shipment paperwork

* On-boarding of new starters and arrange employee training

* Raise purchase orders

* HSE administration

The ideal candidate will have:

* Previous reception and or administration experience

* Good IT skills including Excel

* Excellent written/ verbal English

* Good attention to detail

* Ability to learn new skills and systems quickly

* Multi tasking, prioritisation and organisational skills

* Effective relationship building skills

* A team player mentality as well as using their initiative when working alone
