Bioworld International Ltd (BWI) is based in Hinckley on the same site as NJ Screen Prints, the UK’s leading volume screen printer of garments to retail and trade. From such solid foundations BWI have continued to enjoy incredible growth that feature in both licensed apparel and accessories with a customer base that stretches throughout the UK and right across Europe. We are seeking an experienced and skilled Sales Executive that can open doors and progress sales opportunities within the Supermarket sector. The ideal candidate will have good general product knowledge, good contacts and be motivated by exceeding sales targets. The successful candidate will promote BWI Apparel & Accessories along with other partner services and be responsible for generating sales through building exceptional relationships and understanding the customer’s needs. 

Open new doors within the Supermarket Sector and further expand on our current business levels
• Take ownership of product categories and work collaboratively with design team and buyers to drive sales growth
• Plan, carry out and support local marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales, and integrate personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities, e.g. product launches, promotions, advertising, etc.
• Adhere to health and safety policy, and other requirements relating to care of equipment.
• At least 3 years sales experience, with a proven track record of success within apparel and /or accessories
• Recent relationships within Supermarket sector 
• Confident and competent in communicating at all levels, both verbally and in writing; delivering a compelling sales message. 
• Focussed and driven on achieving the highest standards of customer service alongside achieving and exceeding sales targets. 
• Numerate, able to analyse and utilise data. 
• Creative mindset, trend driven and aware of popular culture
• Intermediate level ability – Microsoft packages
• Driving license essential
