Are you an experienced HR generalist with ER experience, looking to make that next step in your HR career?
We are looking for a HR Advisor to join us at The Legal 500 to make an impact in driving our company culture as part of our HR team.
You'll work closely with the Head of HR to ensure our HR practices are aligned with our strategic goals, fostering a positive and supportive work environment for our employees. Your role will be instrumental in delivering efficient HR support to contribute to the company’s success.
The Legal 500 Series is the market-leading directory with a long and established track record for analysing, ranking and providing detailed editorial on the world's leading business law firms.
HR processes: Utilise HR systems to streamline ongoing HR activities, from onboarding and employee changes and enhance overall efficiency.
Contribute to people initiatives to manage the employee experience and demonstrate your creativity with ideas to enhance the employer brand.
Ensure efficient onboarding, compliance checks, and policy adherence of employees and company practices.
Supporting employee development: Identifying training needs and coordinating learning and development programs.
Proven generalist knowledge of HR with at least 3 years’ experience or degree level academic HR knowledge.
Knowledge of HR processes, employment law and HR information systems
Confident use of Microsoft office suite especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to use emotional intelligence and maintain integrity with personal and sensitive information
Hybrid working, based on Fleet Street, central London
