Job Title: HR & Compliance Administrator Role: To provide administrative support to the HR Compliance Team within Waterman Aspen. Reporting To: HR & Compliance Manager Main Duties

  • Provide administration support to the HR & Compliance Team, including responding to incoming emails and compliance queries
  • Setting up new contracts for Limited Company Contractors, ensuring all compliance documents are in place, e.g. IR35 Approval, Status Determination Statement (SDS), LOI’s, Bank Details, Self-Billing Agreements.
  • Action new starters working via an Umbrella Company, e.g. verifying FCSA accreditations, drawing up contracts, completing Key Information Documents (KID)
  • Produce a weekly report for expiring right to work documents (e.g. time-limited visas)
  • Update the right to work documentation tracker and chase for any outstanding documents
  • Action the weekly IR35 Bulletin
  • Chase outstanding compliance documents for new starters working via their own limited company or an umbrella company
  • Facilitate the completion of and file IR35 Audits
  • Distribute queries which are sent to the Limited and Umbrella inbox
  • Assist with the compliance of third party recruitment systems, e.g. uploading onboarding documentation, keeping accurate records for audit purposes
  • General compliance duties: filing, data entry, liaising with contractors and umbrella companies
