Job Description

Frazer Jones is spearheading an exclusive search for a Part-time L&D Coordinator to join one of our long-standing clients on a hybrid basis. We have successfully partnered with this client on numerous mandates over the past several years and are excited to find the right candidate for this business-critical role.

It will be working for a global financial institution renowned for its commitment to innovation, excellence, and client satisfaction. We are seeking a dynamic professional to join a well-established Learning & Development team on a part-time basis.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of the learning management systems (LMS) for London offices, providing occasional support to the EMEA region as needed.
  • Ensure training records for London staff are accurate and promptly updated to facilitate precise management reporting.
  • Address system errors by escalating them when necessary and provide cross-training to team members as required.
  • Generate system reports and notify key stakeholders of upcoming and overdue deadlines within their departments.
  • Assist the Talent Development & Inclusion Specialist in the comprehensive rollout of all core online and classroom courses, ensuring employees understand their responsibilities and can register for courses. Track attendance and address any issues related to non-attendance.
  • Coordinate classroom courses in accordance with the L&D curriculum and promote them to colleagues.
  • Coordinate with external and internal course providers for course setup as needed.
  • Handle external course bookings and professional education agreements for employees, ensuring all necessary approvals and signed agreements are in place.
  • Support the induction process for London offices and recommend improvements where feasible.
  • Process all invoices for the Talent Development & Inclusion team and collaborate with accounts payable to ensure timely payments.

Desirable Experience:

  • HR experience, ideally within the L&D space.
  • Experience working within a corporate environment.
  • Prior experience within a job share would be beneficial.
  • Studying towards a professional HR qualification
