This involves handling inquiries and issues via phone and email, ensuring timely and effective solutions. Technical expertise with SQL scripts and basic networking is crucial for diagnosing and resolving application-related problems.
Provide support for application issues via phone and email.
Ideally you can write and execute SQL scripts to manage and manipulate data.
Assist with basic networking tasks to ensure seamless application performance.
Document support activities, solutions, and best practices.
Proven experience in an application support role, preferably at 1st - 3rd line levels.
Proficiency in writing and executing SQL scripts.
Basic understanding of networking principles and troubleshooting.
Experience with remote support tools and techniques.
