Role Overview:

The Application Support Specialist will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding 1st and 2nd line support for various applications. A solid understanding of SQL scripting and fundamental networking concepts is essential for diagnosing and addressing application-related challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver 1st and 2nd line support for application-related inquiries through various communication methods.
  • Identify and troubleshoot application issues, ensuring swift resolution.
  • Demonstrate the ability to write and execute SQL scripts for data management.
  • Assist with basic networking tasks to guarantee optimal application performance.
  • Work collaboratively with the development team to escalate and resolve intricate issues.
  • Document support activities, solutions, and best practices for future reference.
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through professional and courteous interactions.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in an application support capacity, ideally at 1st and 2nd line levels.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
