A solid understanding of SQL scripting and fundamental networking concepts is essential for troubleshooting and rectifying application-related challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support for application-related inquiries.
  • Diagnose and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
  • Utilize SQL scripts for data management and manipulation.
  • Assist with basic networking tasks to ensure optimal application functionality.
  • Collaborate with development teams to escalate and address complex issues.

  • Demonstrated experience in an application support capacity, particularly at 1st and 2nd line levels.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
