A solid understanding of SQL scripting and fundamental networking is essential for troubleshooting and resolving application-related challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support for application-related inquiries through various communication methods.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot application issues, ensuring swift resolution.
  • Proficiently write and execute SQL scripts to manage and manipulate data.
  • Assist with basic networking tasks to guarantee optimal application performance.
  • Collaborate with the development team to escalate and resolve intricate issues.
  • Document support activities, solutions, and best practices for future reference.
  • Uphold a high standard of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous interactions.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in an application support capacity, ideally at 1st and 2nd line levels.
  • Proficiency in SQL scripting.
  • Basic knowledge of networking principles and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
