The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance of employees’ time and attendance, payroll and HR records. Ensuring all time and attendance and payroll data is processed accurately and internal process and procedures are documented and followed correctly.

Jobholders are responsible for managing the time and attendance, payroll and HR records of employees. The calculation and administration of the 4 weekly payroll and ensuring all returns to the Inland Revenue are made according to Revenue statutory deadlines.
Processing of information for internal and external customers ie : Building Society, Court Orders, Solicitors.
Maintain, update all Personnel/Payroll systems which includes SAPHR and SAP Payroll.
The diversity of the organisation requires a flexible approach to ensure that the demands or our customers are met accurately and on time.
Jobholders will be expected to use software packages such as Microsoft Outlook, Work, Excel.

Jobholders must have an extensive knowledge of PAYE taxation, National Insurance, Statutory payments, computerised payroll and personnel systems. Jobholders must have 2 years relevant experience in time and attendance, payroll or HR/ finance administration and preferably hold a professional payroll qualification.
