*STAFF REQUIREMENT*
HR Administrator
I am delighted to be working with a medical practice based in Belfast to recruit their new HR Admin on a Full-time, temporary basis
You will report into the senior management of the business and provide a professional HR management service across the company, this will include
- Calculating annual leave
- Maintaining probationary and induction records,
- Updating HR & payroll records with new employee information.
- Recruitment & selection
- Maintenance of all employee HR records
- Policy & procedures
- Disciplinaries and grievances.
**What we are looking for**
- Possess at least 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, or equivalent, including English and Maths.
- Full knowledge of MS Office and willing to learn new technical systems as needed
- Possess a full, current UK driving licence and have access to a form of transport which will enable the post holder to fulfil the full requirements of the post in full.
- Knowledge of current employment legislation
- Qualified in HR / CIPD with experience in a comparable role
