This is a Monday - Friday - **Permanent** position - there are **flexible start and finish times available** with this position.

This is a **Hybrid** working role - Usually 4 days at home, and 1 day in the **Belfast City Centre **office.

**The Role**

Our Pension Payroll Team is responsible for overseeing hundreds of client pension payrolls varying in size up to several thousand payees each month.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in a similar payroll environment or with an understanding of a client facing payroll service to join us.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Assisting with processing of client payrolls, updating changes and completing gross-net calculations and appropriate reconciliations
- Appropriate statutory reporting via RTI
- Processing BACS payments
- Production of payslips
- Dealing with and resolving queries from a number of sources, including pensioners, third parties and HMRC
- Year-end reconciliation and production of appropriate documentation

**The Ideal Person**
- **Previous experience in pension payroll or similar**:

- Strong numeracy/literacy skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage your workload and work on his/her own initiative
- Strong communication skills
