**The Role**

Due to expected growth in 2023 we are looking for a Payroll & HR Administrator to join our South Belfast team to ensure that the Payroll & HR teams runs as efficiently as possible. The role includes responsibility for tasks including payroll processing, invoice processing, HR & Recruitment administration and ad-hoc data/systems tasks.

The role of Payroll & HR administrator comes with a competitive salary of £23,400 to £27,000 dependent upon skills & experience.

**The role of the Payroll & HR Administrator includes**:

- Processing of weekly payroll for 200 employees including variable hours & temp staff.
- Collating pre-payroll information from multiple sites for processing.
- Collection & processing of weekly timesheets on rostering system.
- Processing holiday pay, sick pay, parental leave & various other statutory entitlements.
- Enrolling employees in the pension scheme as & when required.
- Processing new hires & leavers.
- Creating & formatting excel reports for import & export to/from our in-house systems.
- Carrying out basic payroll checks & controls and completing KPIs.
- Processing HMRC RTI returns.
- Creating bank payment files.
- Generating weekly payroll reports and ad-hoc reporting.
- Working with internal & external stakeholders on data & systems admin.
- Monthly invoice processing, reporting & credit control
- Assisting the Recruitment Manager with administration, scheduling & organisation.
- HR administration relating to contracts, handbooks, employee data & in-house systems.
- Assisting with general office administration as required.

**Essential Criteria**:

- 1+ years of experience in processing payroll
- Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail
- Excellent IT skills including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Concatenate, mathematical formulae etc.)
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills

**Desirable Criteria**:

- 1+ years of experience in an accounts or invoicing role
- 1+ years of experience in HR or administration
- Basic working knowledge of HR & Recruitment processes

**Salary**: £23,400.00-£27,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
