This luxury 119 bedroomhotelwas created in the former headquarters of Harland & Wolff, builders of RMS_Titanic_, and provides the perfect destination for anyone travelling toTitanicQuarter on business or for pleasure. The Harland & Wolff Drawing Offices, the earliest parts of these historic buildings, date from the 1880s and over the following 100 years played an important part in the design of many of the world’s most famous ocean liners, the creation of the ‘floatinghotel’ and influenced the design of many of today’s cruise ships. Belfast is the birthplace of_Titanic_and this heritagehotelis a sister to our award-winningTitanicHotelLiverpool. Thehotelhas been restored and operated by Harcourt Developments; an international property development company with over 50 years experience restoring and renovating listed heritage buildings.

**Main Responsibilities and Duties**:

- ProvideHRAdmin Support
- General administration ofHRfiles & records - set up, maintenance & regular auditing
- Recruitment administration - creating job descriptions, advertising vacancies, arranging interviews, generating interview packs, dealing with queries and interview outcomes
- Complete Annual Monitoring Returns and Article 55 Review
- New starter administration - liaising with payroll, issuing contracts and starter packs, completing company inductions
- Liaise with management team to ensure all probationary reviews and return to work interviews are completed in a timely fashion
- Ensure that amendments to contracts of employment are issued in a timely manner
- Produce regular reports e.g. holiday balances, sickness absence as requested
- Providing administration support in employee relation matters as required
- Order uniform stock as required
- Organise training and development opportunities
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation and company policies
- Other duties which may be required from time to time depending on the needs of the business

**Minimum Requirements**:

- 5 GCSE's or Equivalent including Maths & English
- CIPD qualification Level 3 or 5
- 2 years experience in a similarHRrole
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be a fast learner and have the ability to work on own initiative
- Must possess strong, administration and organisational skills
