Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales and Business Development Director to join our dynamic team. As the Sales and BD Director, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth. Your primary focus will be on generating new business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and maximizing sales potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Identify and engage with key decision-makers at target organizations to generate new business leads and nurture relationships.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and potential areas for business expansion.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective sales campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Lead and inspire the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to drive individual and team success.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring favourable outcomes for both parties.
  • Work closely with the product development team to gather customer feedback, identify product enhancements, and contribute to the product roadmap.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility and build strategic partnerships.
  • Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies related to recruitment and talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably in the ATS or HR technology industry.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of recruitment processes, talent acquisition, and the HR landscape.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Excellent leadership skills with a track record of leading and motivating high-performing sales teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving growth and achieving ambitious targets.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.

Compensation:

Salary: The salary for this position is negotiable and will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. Generous commission offered.

Equity: In addition to the salary and commission/bonus, equity in the company will be offered as part of the compensation package, allowing you to share in the company's success and growth.
