experience working in the commercial environment
- a NEBOSH or IOSH (ideally)
- experience managing FOH staff, contractors and ideally facilities assistants
- Good understanding of facilities management
- ability to innovate and deliver creative and effective solutions to operational procedures
- strong financial skills
