We are looking to recruit a self-motivated and versatile administrator who will provide day to day administrative support to the Estates and Facilities Team. The role will include preparations of documents and reports, taking minutes at meetings and filing and data collection. You will input calls onto our in-house CAFM reporting system and assign jobs to facilities assistants and maintenance operatives.

Reporting to the Facilities Manager the post holder will assist in the planning and administration necessary for a successful Estates and Facilities team.
