They will also play a full part in the cycle of school and self-evaluation, plan-do-review, maintain a high standard of classroom organization and presentation, demonstrate skills in teaching and learning strategies, lead and/or contribute to the planning and delivery of curriculum documents and schemes of work, impart knowledge, skills, and understanding to students following planned schemes of work, review teaching methods and programs of work regularly, support literacy, numeracy, ICT, careers, and Key Skills through curriculum areas, support the spiritual, moral, social, and cultural development of students, and keep abreast with current thinking and development through professional development training. Requirements: The ideal candidate will have qualified teacher status (QTS), experience working with students with social, emotional, and mental health needs, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, strong organizational and time management skills, knowledge of curriculum planning and delivery, experience with individualized learning plans and strategies.
