We are currently seeking for a Head of Room for our Toddler Room (Full time permanent) for our Wendover Day Nursery.

**What are we looking for in our Head of Room Practitioner?**

For you to have a minimum level 3 for our Head of Room in a Full and relevant childcare qualification.
- Minimum 2 year’s childcare experience for our Head of Room Practitioners
- Good knowledge of the EYFS
- Good understanding of Planning, observation and Assessment
- A firm understanding of children’s development needs and individual learning styles from birth to 5 years
- Are you a Critical thinking and can you be Creative with this?
- You understand the importance of supporting children’s transitions
- Have the knowledge that the environments the Third Teacher
- Unlocking Learning Outdoors
- For a team member who knows the importance of maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
- The importance of supporting your team's personal and professional development
- The need to help children respect people of different race, ability, gender, religion and culture
- The importance of procedures to follow regarding Safeguarding children
