The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to administration. They should be comfortable dealing with basic admin tasks. This candidate should be excited by the possibility of working in a fast paced environment with a ranging responsibility.

Responsibilities

  • General administrative duties including; contract creation, candidate onboarding, and data based maintenance.
  • Coordination for all recruitment activities with partnering supplier.
  • Be the key point of contact for all members of management below C-Suite for admin duties.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ideally experience within Trading or Oil & Gas industry.
  • 1-2 years of experience in administration targets.
  • Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
