We are looking for a Guest Services Concierge to join our Rapport team, based in Salford Quays Manchester. Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent Hours: 8 per week (Every Friday on a shift rota basis between 8 AM and 7 PM) What will you get? Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the building's facilities and services to confidently guide, advise, and assist guests with any questions or wayfinding needs. Respond to all enquiries and service requests promptly, politely, and efficiently, whether in person, by phone, or via email, providing clear, helpful information aligned with professional expectations. Offer operational support across multiple buildings as required, adapting to evolving demands while maintaining a consistently high standard of service and professionalism at each location. Demonstrate excellent spoken and written English. Be creative, proactive, organised, detail-focused, process-minded, and resourceful, with a positive, can-do approach. Show a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service in every interaction. Ideally have previous front-of-house experience in a luxury hotel, premium airline, or corporate environment.
