Guest Service Concierge

We are looking for a Guest Services Concierge to join our Rapport team, based in Salford Quays Manchester. Working as a solo receptionist, but within a team of 6 ambassadors. You’ll oversee the front-of-house operations on the ground floor, greeting visitors upon arrival, coordinating check-ins, managing administrative duties, and ensuring a welcoming lobby environment. This is located in one of our busiest buildings, so perfect for someone looking for a highly dynamic and customer engaging role. Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent Hours: 8 per week (Every Friday on a shift rota basis between 8 AM and 7 PM) What will you get? All interactions should consistently embody the brand’s standards and values. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the building’s facilities and services to confidently guide, advise, and assist guests with any questions or wayfinding needs. Ensure all guest and attendee information is accurately pre-registered within the system. Actively follow up on any bookings missing names or essential details to guarantee a smooth arrival experience on the day. Respond to all enquiries and service requests promptly, politely, and efficiently, whether in person, by phone, or via email, providing clear, helpful information aligned with professional expectations. Offer operational support across multiple buildings as required, adapting to evolving demands while maintaining a consistently high standard of service and professionalism at each location.
