Join our SmartRental team SmartRental Group is a young company with great dynamism dedicated to the operation and management of properties for the tourism and catering sector.Our vision is to be the European leader in the market providing diverse solutions and adapted to all accommodation needs.With more than 10 years of experience our activity focuses on hotels apartments hostels student residences and luxury residences for the elderly.Our portfolio has brands such as SmartRental Collection Akeah Malacuna Live It Suio Evoca and Lemonade covering various vertical markets in the Living and Hospitality sector.What will you doWelcome and check in/check out guests in a professional and courteous manner.Answer phone calls and handle guest inquiries requests and complaints.Perform night audit procedures to balance daily financial transactions (room charges food & beverage other revenue).Prepare and distribute daily financial and occupancy reports for management.Monitor reservations cancellations and room availability.Ensure accurate posting of room charges payments and adjustments.Secure hotel premises during the night shift maintaining safety and security protocols.Handle late arrivals early departures and no-shows.Support other departments with overnight requests when necessary.Maintain cleanliness and order at the reception and lobby area.What do we look forPrevious hotel reception or accounting experience preferred.Strong numerical and analytical skills.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Ability to work independently and handle stressful situations.Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and MS Office.Detail-oriented organized and reliable.What do we offer 32h/week.
