Our client is a leading manufacturer of high-quality, woven technical textile solutions for multiple sectors such as Defence, PPE, Aerospace, Automotive, Filtration and Reinforcement.
As they continue to grow, they are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join their team and help drive the continued growth of the Technical Textiles business.
Our client is looking for a Business Development Manager with a proven track record in a technical industry of profitably growing market share across a number of industries. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing new business initiatives, creating and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our client's largest division. Develop and implement strategic new business development plans to expand our client's presence across multiple sectors.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking.
Collaborate with the product development team to stay informed about new technical textile technologies and industry trends.
Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring favourable terms for both the client and the company.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding new business sales targets.
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, growing new business sales for Technical Products into multiple markets such as Manufacturing, Engineering, Automotive, Aerospace, Defence etc.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
