The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing strategic relationships with our key clients in the Mother & Baby sector, have a proven track record in account management, a deep understanding of the retail environment, and the ability to drive sales growth across various markets. You will serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring their needs are met while aligning with company goals.

Account Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and distributors in the UK and international markets.
Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and expand market share.
Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and implement strategic account plans that align with overall business objectives.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and prioritize key accounts and opportunities.
Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to exceed revenue targets.
Market Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences in the baby sector.
Utilise data analytics to inform decision-making and drive actionable insights.
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and logistics teams to ensure alignment in product offerings and promotions.
Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, market trends, and competitive analysis to senior management.
Negotiate contracts and terms of sale to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Manage pricing strategies and promotional activities to support sales growth.
Conduct regular visits to key accounts to strengthen relationships and gain insights into customer needs and expectations.
Organise and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the brand.


Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management, preferably within the consumer goods or baby sector.
Strong understanding of retail dynamics and experience working with major retailers and distributors.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
