Our Sales Development function is the “tip of the spear” in the sales process, supporting the wider sales team. The ideal SDR candidate will demonstrate sales intuition and ambition. The candidate will need to have good organisation and written / verbal communication skills and needs to be comfortable with making phone calls The candidate needs to be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment, you will be supported with coaching, familiarising yourself with our processes and supporting tools - and motivation to ramp up quickly
Profile accounts identify a prospect's pain and support the wider sales team to create opportunities. 
Demonstrate effective sales planning, and work in a positive and motivating way with your wider team.
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales success plan
Work closely with other teams to develop account intelligence, relationship maps, and use case opportunities through direct account engagement and insight tools 
5 plus years of proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role.
~ Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a distributed sales team.
~ Must be a self-starter and proficient and working independently and remotely.
~ Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls).
~ High proficiency in English with fluency in a Nordic language is an advantage.
