Job Description

HR Change Manager (Day Rate - £350/£400 p/d)

We are currently working alongside a leading Transport provider in their search for an Interim HR Change Manager. The contract will run for an initial 6-12 months and the role will be carried out on a hybrid working basis.

Our client is currently going through a large period of transformation, with a focus on Org Design and Target Operating Model within the organisation. They are looking for an individual to manage the people and culture side of this change.

The ideal candidate:

  • Will have a strong background in HR
  • Experience managing change within the Rail industry
  • Experience managing People Change

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual to join a leading organisation during an exciting period of transformation.
