Administrative Manager

Our client is a global charity committed to providing compassionate care within a nurturing environment. This role is based at a care home in Edinburgh that upholds these values, ensuring each resident experiences the highest quality of life surrounded by love, friendship, and support in a Christian environment.

As the Administrative Manager , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the care home.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing administration to ensure compliance with residents' needs and company policies.
  • Providing leadership to catering and housekeeping staff.
  • Maintaining facilities to uphold high standards of care.
  • Fostering a supportive environment where residents thrive.
  • Managing finances
  • Managing processes

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Demonstrated experience in administration, particularly financial administration.
  • Proficiency in facilities management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building constructive relationships with diverse individuals.
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Effective leadership abilities to guide and inspire teams.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including spreadsheets, word processors, and emails.
  • Prior experience in social care with older people.
  • Commitment to personal and professional development, including relevant qualifications and training.
