Morpheus are currently partnered with a leader in the Tech Private equity space. They work across multiple sectors and verticals and over 1 million users and over 60,000 organisations rely on their software to help their organisation thrive.

You’ll play a crucial role in our marketing leadership team, helping shape and execute marketing strategies, improving team efficiency, and serving as a key advisor to the CMO. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Provide critical input into decision-making processes, including budget allocation and resource planning.
Project Management: Manage and lead cross-functional marketing projects and campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Track project progress, identify roadblocks, and implement solutions.
Data Analysis: Gather and analyse data to provide insights and recommendations to the CMO. Use data-driven approaches to make informed decisions and refine marketing strategies.
Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the marketing function, ensuring that goals and objectives are met. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Excellent project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
High proficiency in marketing tools and software.
