This award-winning architecture practice, known for its dedication to crafting unique, sustainable urban environments, is searching for an experienced BIM Information Manager to enhance their dynamic Design Technology team.
This senior role offers the opportunity to take the lead on implementing BIM workflows across various sectors including masterplans, residential, cultural, educational, and commercial projects. You'll be at the heart of the studio, collaborating closely with the Head of Design Technology and the team lead, driving the integration of BIM in both local and international projects.
Your role will involve developing project-specific BIM strategies right from design through to construction and operational phases, ensuring alignment with ISO19650 standards. You'll engage directly with clients, promoting the advantages of BIM in building operations, and setting the stage for a collaborative, information-rich environment. This includes reviewing and implementing BIM contractual agreements, developing model review procedures, and leading BIM workshops to ensure a consistent approach across all projects.
