Construction Administrator

Our client is a well established ad thriving construction company based in the Rochford area. They are currently searching for an experienced administrator who has construction, civil engineering or maintenance experience. The role offers a strong career progression for ambitious individuals. The role will be predominantly office based with occasional site / client visits.

To ensure that all those visiting the companies offices, sign into the visitors book and are made aware of any risks to their H&S and understand how to follow site-based rules and requirements.

* Efficiently process a variety of administrative requests, from data entry to file management, supporting departmental needs.

* Organise and maintain office spaces and systems, including document management and archiving, ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.

* Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.

Previous experience within a construction, civil engineering, maintenance or engineering background is highly desired.

* Strong background within company administration essential.

* Computer literacy with experience of Word and Excel is essential.

* Experience of data entry and document control is desired.

* Must have own transport as the office is difficult to access on public transport.

* Willing to work in the office from Monday to Friday.

* Very effective planning and organisational skills
