Account Manager Lead - API Investment Platform Business - FinTech

Develop and deliver strategic account plans for each customer, ensuring alignment with their expectations and our business plan requirements.
Lead the Governance framework and service reviews, providing insightful analysis to enhance the customer experience.
Collaborate with our customer success team to ensure a seamless and joined-up experience for our clients.
Work closely with customers and our launch team to support the migration of existing businesses and establish new areas of growth through innovative products and services.
Deep knowledge of the advice and/or fintech market.
Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to navigate complex queries.
Expertise in contract negotiations and commercial modelling.
Strong understanding of regulatory environments, including governance frameworks and recent legislation.
