#My client are an exciting and high growth multi-industry recruitment agency/consultancy business, focusing on supporting businesses to find experts across advanced engineering and renewables/energy sectors globally.
They are looking to hire their 2nd L&D Consultant in 6 months to help continue the growth of the business and support their planned intakes of new consultants joining the business in the next 6-12 months.
This is an excellent opportunity for an L&D Consultant with up to 2 years experience, or a senior recruiter with previous team lead/mentoring experience to take a step into a business which has an exciting future on the horizon.

#As an L&D Consultant, you will:
Design and delivery of L&D Solutions across multiple channels including classroom, desk based, 121 coaching, live call coaching.
Training admin, planning and coordination with the management team and training needs analysis for the wider business.
Deliver verbal feedback to managers and relevant stakeholders on progress of consultants and employees during training sessions.
Collaborate with the wider L&D team to build on best practice and continue building resources for the LMS.
Support the Talent Attraction team with onboarding new employees with proactive feedback to help maximise retention and minimise churn.
Manage the end to end process to training programmes and undertake analysis and reporting on these to evaluate their success.
#The successful candidate will have up to 2 years L&D experience within the recruitment sector or is a 360 recruiter with management/mentorship experience.
This person will have experience in delivering mentoring or training, and have had exposure to coaching both groups and 121.
Must have experience as a 360 recruiter or have extensive experience in training consultants around Business Development.
Ideally has had exposure to contract/consultancy led recruitment.
