Kensington Mortgage Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Barclays Bank UK PLC from 1 March 2023, and the principal activity of the Company is the origination and servicing of mortgage assets. The Company is authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority for regulated activities.
Overall Purpose of Job Complete all internal and external information/change requests for customers, and generate responses in an accurate and timely manner in adherence with policy, procedure and regulation.
The Deeds team is responsible for the management of the title deeds for the mortgaged property from registration to final discharge at the Land Registry. The team also manages the production of all Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) for our customers in accordance with the Data Protection Act. These requests can come directly from our customers or through an authorised third party and we have a regulatory timescale of 30 calendar days to provide copies of the personal data we hold for that customer.

Ensure all work completed is done so in accordance with applicable regulation, process and policy.
Consider risk when completing daily activities.
Understanding of Microsoft office applications.
Able to interpret and respond clearly and effectively to verbal requests over the telephone or in writing.
Understanding of customer administration processes and policies.
