Job Description

We are on the cusp of seeing great change across our organization in our approach to D, E & I and are looking for a passionate individual in the role of Head of D, E & I to continue our evolution from a ‘commitment based approach’ to a ‘purposeful and embedded approach’, building on the momentum already gained.

‘A Better BA’ (our strategic direction) puts D, E & I firmly at the core of our organization, ensuring our people experience the cultural change needed to celebrate their individuality and understand BA is where they belong.

As a D, E & I expert, you will be instrumental in driving education and awareness and creating a pace of cultural change that facilitates a business partnering team, committed to action and delivery in this space.

You’ll have experience in creating and delivering effective D, E & I strategy, programs, and projects in an organization of our scale with consideration for the regulatory and cultural implications of a globalized environment.

About you

  • A strong track record in delivering D & I strategy, cultural and strategic change at scale in a large organization.
  • Ability to advise, engage and coach senior managers on D & I.
  • Experience in integrating D & I with Sustainability.
  • Experience in regulatory NFI disclosures.
  • Extensive public speaking.
  • Good political awareness and experience representing organizations externally.
  • Project management skills with an analytical approach to understand and use data.
  • Leadership qualities that can empower a team.
  • You’re brave No challenge is unachievable with the right support.
