Job Description
We have a great opportunity for an HR Operations Specialist, for a very successful global business that will enhance and develop your HR Operations career. The role will form part of a highly regarded HR Operations team, focused on delivering a strong employee experience, through building and developing all operational HR processes and systems, managing all operational aspects of the employee life cycle, supporting on core HR projects and working closely with the wider HR team in ensuring 1st class HR service.
This role will be instrumental in making sure the operation of HR is ticking along nicely and as effectively as possible so to be ready for future company growth
The structure of the business and scope of the role lends itself to someone who is passionate about HR Operations and building a career in this area of HR. Along with the operational administration of the employee life cycle you will have good opportunity to manage project work you will be instrumental in looking at automation, process efficiencies and refining process globally, having a uniformed approach to HR systems.
Skills and Experience:
Prior experience of working within an HR/People Operations role, preferably within a high growth business.
Experience of having worked with an HRIS (Workday) would be so helpful.
Experience in delivering on process improvements, Automation and process efficiencies.
You'll own it, with a friendly and collaborative approach, someone who is willing to roll their sleeves up.
Pragmatic and commercial approach to HR processes with the ability to adapt and enhance processes to improve employee experience.
High level communication and presentation skills with the ability to facilitate plans, projects and initiatives.
